Where can I find the full text of this article?

Answer

To discover if the library has the full text of an article:

  1. Type the full article title into the search bar in Western OneSearch. Click “Search”. In the search results, look for the article's entry and see if below the publication information is a link titled “HTML Full Text” or “PDF Full Text”.
  2. Type the full title (or the author names) into the search bar in Google Scholar. Click “Search”. In the search results, look for a URL to the right of the article's listing. Occasionally, authors make their articles available for free online by publishing the full text on sites such as Research Gate.
  3. On rare occasions, a simple Google search of the article’s title will result in a link to the full text.
  4. If the full text cannot be found in Western OneSearch or Google Scholar, request the article through Interlibrary Loan, by creating / logging into your account and filling out the ILL form with as much publication information as you have.
